Welcome to ICON Supplements. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

ICON Supplements sells authentic supplements, vitamins, and health & fitness products in Egypt. You can reach us any time through our Contact Us page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & availability

  • All products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.
  • Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.
  • Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the label and consult a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
  • We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices & payment

  • Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without notice.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and InstaPay.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues; any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded.

5. Orders

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation. A confirmation does not guarantee stock; if an item becomes unavailable we will contact you to amend, replace, or cancel the affected item.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns are handled as described on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary, because supplements are consumable we don't offer change-of-mind returns or a fixed return window; please inspect your order on delivery, and we'll replace or refund any wrong, damaged, defective or expired item reported at that time. Opened or used products can't be returned for health and safety reasons.

8. Promotions & discount codes

Offers and codes are valid for a limited time, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site (logos, text, images, and design) is owned by ICON Supplements or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICON Supplements is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
