Shipping

• Coverage: We deliver Egypt-wide, to all governorates.
• Free shipping on orders over EGP 5,000. Below that, a delivery fee is shown at checkout based on your area.
• Delivery time: Typically 2–5 business days depending on your location.
• Confirmation: We'll contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and coordinate delivery.
• Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) and InstaPay are accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every order to reach you in perfect condition. To keep delivery fast and smooth, orders may not be opened or inspected at the moment of handover from the delivery courier.

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us right away through our Contact Us page or on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and our team will review and resolve it as quickly as possible. For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.
